RETURNS & REFUNDS
NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Not loving the look? No problem! You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns must reach us no later than 14 working days from the date you receive the item, we will not accept returns after this time has passed.
We will refund your money as soon as we can, though please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount.
After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame. If your card has expired or has been declined we will arrange for another method of payment.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
No problem! You can find all of the information to make a hassle-free return within your parcel. If you have lost your invoice, please enclose a note with your return including your order number and name.

We recommend sending your parcel back using a recorded service, so you can track it's journey back to the refund team.
Please be careful when trying on your garments. We cannot refund items that are marked with tans, makeup or creams or items with visible wear and tear.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CD's or software which have been unsealed;
magazines; or tailor-made / customised products).
In this case, we will provide a full refund, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost should you already have received them.
Once we have received the items we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order with.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
